Bizhunt has launched a wide range of premium consumer electronics products including Smart LED TVs, Washing machines, Air Conditioners, and Air Coolers, Mixer Grinder, Induction, Ceiling Fan, Electric kettle, Iron Etc.The company is establishing a network of Service Centres for after-sale services of the products across the India.

Proposal

We invite you to partner with BiZhunt by becoming the Brand's Service Center and creating a regular revenue stream for yourself

Investment

To partner with the brand as a Service Center, you need to Deposit an interest-free refundable security deposit of Rs.50,000/- against the spare parts required for providing the service and for assurance of performance as per Brand standards.

MINIMUM GUARANTY AMOUNT (MGA)

The Company shall guarantee a minimum payout of Rs3500 per month, irrespective of the payout calculated for the month.

Service Pay-Out

The service payout per month shall be calculated and paid by the company to our Service Partners as per the call rate mentioned below subject to a Minimum Guarantee Amount. The payout for each month shall be disbursed on or before 15th of the following month. The company shall also pay incentives over and above the normal payout for extraordinary performance.

BRANDING

The company shall provide a Flex board and a certifcate to Service Centre bearing the Company's name and logo with the “Authorised Service Centre” tagline for placing at the authorized premises. The company shall also provide ID cards to be worn by the service personnel.

Display Products

The company shall provide Some Display Products like Led Tv, Cooler, AC, Washing machine, Ceiling Fan, Mixer Grinder (As per Requirement)

Responsibility Of the Service Center

Use only genuine spare parts and accessories approved by the Company for the Products. Provide installation and repair services and dealer visit promptly and efficiently, with due care and skill to adhere to and uphold the standards set by the brand.

Responsibility of the Company

Providing training and technical support to the Service Center.

Providing all necessary spare parts and accessories to the Dealers as and when required.

The Service Centre shall charge the customer directly for any extra copper pipe and water pipe used in the ac installation.

Additional Conveyance cost @ INR 3/km will be paid for to and from in case of one side distance is more than 30km. No conveyance charge for one side distance up to 30km (maximum 60Kms).

The company will provide dealer visit charges of Rs. 250. Conveyance will be paid as per above.

In case of replacement of the product, the cost of transportation from the dealer's location to company location shall be borne by the company.

All out-of-warranty charges will be paid by the customer himself.
